I’m so excited you’ve found me and my little popsicle-
pedalling business!

The idea to have an ice cream bike first came to me in the spring of 2024 when I saw a tricycle just like the one I now have and it seemed like a natural fit for me; I love engaging with people and making them smile, riding my bike, being active, and of course, ice cream, so this is a perfect business venture. I look forward to building it into something beautiful in our community and adding sweet memories to your events!

A few things about me are:

I was born and raised in Chilliwack and I love it here for all its natural beauty.

I have two other jobs, working in the travel & tourism industry in the Rockies, and as a teacher locally

I have a son who is very excited about his mom’s ice cream/popsicle business!

FAQs

Does your trike have a freezer?

No, it has an insulated box that I put dry ice in to keep my products frozen. How is dry ice made you ask?

Dry ice is made by liquefying carbon dioxide and injecting it into a holding tank, where it’s frozen at a temperature of -109° F and compressed into solid ice.

How can I book you for my event?

What kinds of events can I book for?

Any kind! Community events, birthday parties, weddings, showers, staff appreciation… you name it!

What’s your favourite popsicle?

I love ALL the popsicles (but my favourite is Johnny Pops!).

Love has a passion for life and spreading happiness however she can. As such, a portion of all proceeds earned through The Popsicle Pedaller events will be donated to non-profit organization, The Power of Play.

The Power of Play builds sustainable playgrounds for children in need of a space to play freely all around the globe. Its mission is to support every child’s right to learn and develop through the power of play by creating a safe, loving and fun environment that allows children to do what they do best – Play! Play is not only vital in childhood development, but it is their right as declared in Article 31 of the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child. Our projects focus on children living in conditions that have stripped away this right and we are committed to bringing joy and happiness back into their lives.
